Absolutely atrocious. I and my friends will never shop at this location ever again. The employees are rude and trashy individuals that need to get checked. Not only were they rude to me, but I also observed them treating other customers with disrespect and refusing to help another. I’ve never experienced a more negative atmosphere and shopping experience in my life. Ecco can keep their trash 🚮

Found some good deals on shoes. They had a BOGO sale going on.. small store but found what I liked.

Shoes are good but customer service is almost none. The gentleman was really helpful, a lady with eyeshadow and hoarse voice really needs training on how to be FRIENDLY and PATIENT to customers. We did not seek for her help but just needed her for check out, she never used PLEASE THANKS these words but in demand all the time. However, she seems to be a supervisor there. If you were working hard and overtime, there is still not the reason for you to give attitude to customers, you just need to be at home and do not touch any CUSTOMER SERVICE related job. Be your own princess if you are. Do not show up to trash someone else.

Great shoes and service from the staff

Two employees, one hiding in the back and the other ignoring everyone while behind the counter. Decent selection but the layout is so disorganized ... men's and women's all mixed up. Purses by men's shoes and then heels to follow.
